The Argentine Music Council is glad to
inform you that, within the frame of the 30th General Assembly that
the International Music Council of the Unesco held on October 13-18
2003 in Montevideo, Uruguay, Argentine composer Alicia Terzian was
proposed and voted as a new Honorary Member of the IMC-Unesco by
majority of votes. The representatives from the National Councils
for the Music from the world , as well as the delegates of the most
important international organizations and personalities participated
