Dragana Veličković

(Niś, 30th July, 1963), studied musicology and music theory in the Faculty of Music in Belgrade. She lives and works in Niś. Her compositions are principally inspired by Byzantine and ancient Serbian choral music and have been performed in many festivals in Bosnia, Macedonia, Greece, Russia and the Republic of Belarus and have also won many awards. Her list of compositions includes: Tebe pojem (1990), Verujem, for mixed choir (1997), Tropar Sv. Prokopiju, for choir (2001), Asocijacije, for mixed choir (1988), Meloritmije (2004) and Skalamerija, for four- hands piano (2001), Mains, for violin and piano (2005), Fantasia pro acephalo Balcanico, for orchestra (1990).

Elizabeth Valletti

(born in France), harpist, composer. She received a first prize in harp with honors at the Conservatoire National de Marseille at the age of 13. Following a Scholarship to the USA, she studied harmony, counterpoint and composition at the University of California in Berkeley and ethnology at the University of Paris -Nanterre and staged at IDHEC (Paris). In the U.S.A and Europe, she played in sessions / jazz concerts with Kent Carter, Jean Jacques Avenel, Daniel Cobbi and Bobby Few. She has toured Europe, Japan, Israel and the USA with her own compositions and classical repertoire. Fascinated by sound research, in 1984 she asked Camac, the harp factory, to make an electric harp. In 1986, Joel Garnier (director of Camac) asked her to write a piece for the Harpe à Mémoire, harp revolutionary computer-controlled Joël Garnier created. She interpreted this composition at IRCAM with Pierre Boulez to submit this visionary prototype instrument. Between 1983 and 1996, she taught harp at the Conservatoire Darius Milhaud in the 14th arrondissement of Paris. Therefore worked with training rock, electronic, ethnical music. She has since played everywhere: Europe, Japan, Israel, USA and has participated in numerous recordings: Leonard Cohen, Hector Zazou and Lauryn Hill. Passionate about technology, she taught computer music. She composes music on command: locations, parade, documentaries, theater - with only sounds of the harp. The Orfeo Project was presented in London and Paris. In 2011, Camac Harp creates a prototype MIDI. Jakez François (new director of Camac) asked her to participate in the dissemination of the instrument.

Francesca Virgili

Di Grottammare (AP), si diploma in pianoforte e composizione presso il Conservatorio “G. Rossini” di Pesaro. Si perfeziona con S. Sciarrino e A. Solbiati. E’ vincitrice di numerosi concorsi internazionali di composizione: Udine, Pavia, Napoli, Cesenatico. Ha collaborato con artisti di calibro internazionale quali A. Foà, N. G3azzolo e C. Lucarelli. Le sue opere sono pubblicate ed incise da Rugginenti, Taukay, Musik Fabrique, Agenda. E’ laureata in Giurisprudenza presso l’Università degli Studi di Macerata ed in Nuovi linguaggi musicali presso il Conservatorio di Pescara. E’ docente presso il Conservatorio di Rodi Garganico (FG).
