Søs Gunver Ryberg

Søs Gunver Ryberg (14/06/1979, Copenhagen) is an electronic composer/sound artist who explores field recordings, electronics etc. experimenting with different ways of expression and media such as performance, concert, installation, video, audio walk, multichannel set-up. She holds a BA TONESPACE programme for electronic, experimental music, sound art and project realization at The Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts, Southern Denmark year of 2010. She collaborates with other artists for dance, performing arts and films. During the 2011 she worked at different locations such as for example Diapason Gallery in NY, Istanbul Biennale, SMart Multimedia Festival in Michigan, Edinburgh Science Festival, Stockholm Cultural Festival, The Danish Ministry of Culture, Wundergrund Festival in Cph, Copenhagen Contemporary in the Center of Photography in Cph, Danish National School of Contemporary Dance,, Museum Of Contemporary Art etc. She is a member of the Danish Composers' Society and was awarded the Danish Composers' Society's prize 2011 and the Danish Art Agency/Statens Kunstfond. 2011
