María Ángeles Muñoz Dueñas

(born on 20th August 1975 in Madrid, Spain). Singer and songwriter of the group Camela. In 1990 the group made a model of home production "Tinieblas", which was never marketed. In 1992 they decided to compose some songs to create a commercial demo that titled "Junto a mí". This was subsequently released as a second demo "Me gustan tus ojos", which was a great success, and Camela was hired by a small independent label, with whom they recorded their first official album, "Lágrimas de amor". Given the expectation that had "Lágrimas de amor", Producciones AR reissued "Junto a mí" and "Me gustan tus ojos". In 1995 released "Sueños inalcanzables" and in 1996, after a tour, they recorded songs from their first demos. The following year they recorded "Corazón indomable" and in 1998 two new albums, "Camel Dance" with new versions of the issues of greatest renown, and "Sólo por tí". The trio was hired by the multinational EMI Hispavox, but their contract with AR had not finished, so in 1999 an AR production went on sale "No puedo estar sin él", disco remix that mixes new songs with discarded songs from other projects. With the EMI label, in the spring of 2000 they recorded "Simplemente amor", an international production that took them on a tour in Chile. The next year they released "Amor.com" and in 2003 they recorded the album "Por siempre tú y yo", in which Ángeles was the composer. In 2004, they decided to celebrate with an unreleased album, "10 de corazón", and the next year they released a double compilation "Camela Oro". In recent years they have released an album almost every year. In 2006 with " Se Ciega X Amor" and in 2007 with " Te Prometo El Universo". In 2008 they published "Laberinto de amor", a work that combines the characteristic sound of the trio, with an air of jazz, Andalusian pop and rock. In 2009 Camela celebrated its 15th anniversary, creating a greatest hits titled "Dioni, Angels y Miguel". "La Magia del amor" is the name of the last work of Camela, published in May 2011, an album that had a new aesthetic and new producer Jacobo Calderón.
