Angela Milanese

(Venezia, 5 Luglio 1968), cantante, autrice di testi e compositrice. Vincitrice di una borsa di studio presso la scuola di Mogol, studia canto lirico e jazz. E’ vocalist con il “Venice Gospel Ensemble”diretto da Luca Pitteri e ha collaborato, come corista, per Paola Turci e Francesco Baccini. Da anni insegna canto. Nel 2004 ha inciso il suo primo cd “Un’altra musica”.

Angela Montemurro

Pianist. Teacher and composeer studied with Michele Marvulli, Fausto Zadra, Guido Agosti and Carlo Zecchi and for composition with Armando Renzi and Giovanni Misasi in Bari’s Conservatorio Piccinni, when Nino Rota was director. She has been professor of piano in the same conservatory since 1973 and one of her students, Alessio Bax won the International Competition in Leeds in the year 2000. She writes for all kinds of instrumental ensembles including the operatic theatre and her works have been performed in Italy and abroad. In March 2008 her “Via Crucis” for orchestra and choir was performed in the Aula Nervi of the Vatican before His Holiness Pope Benedict XVI. Each year she programmes a special 8th March event for Women Composers. She is co-director of the EurOrchestra da Camera of Bari together with her husband, conductor Francesco Lentin.

Anja Mikkelsen Præs

(born in Denmark), composer. Anja's compositions are played in the Bands Anja Præst Trio, Phǿnix and Nǿrron and among folk music amateurs after her music workshops.
Recordings: album Hemmeligheden-The Secret; The Law of Attraction.
Awards: she was nominated as best composer of the year 2009 for her album Hemmeligheden-The Secret.
