Gülşah Erol

Cellist, and composer was born in 1984, Ankara, Turkey, finished her education on Piano and Cello at Anadolu University State The conservatory at 2005 and started to work with Anadolu Symphony Orchestra as a lead cellist for two years. Same year she played Elgar Violoncello concerto at Switzerland Tibor Varga Music Academy and performed Rachmaninov Elegie live for TRT Radio at 2006. She finished her performance education at Switzerland Internatioanl Menuhin Academy at 2007, and later continued her master of music education at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University State The conservatory at 2009. Gulsah Erol works in many different areas of Music, and contribute with musicians and ensembles from various art disiplinces such as; On your horizon, Islak Köpek and Abstra. Also, she composes music for documentaries and movies. She played and recorded the music for the movie Atlikarinca and have been awarded for the best music at the 30th International Istanbul Film Festival, 2011. She continue perfoming at Anadolu Symphony Orchestra and composes for various mediums.
