Paola Devoti

(born in Piacenza, Italy) composer and harp player. She studied composition and harp in the "Giuseppe Verdi" Conservatory in Milan and then she attended courses in Italy and France with P. Jamet, J. Liber, G. Albisetti and S. Mildoniann and attended the Conservatory of Geneva. She won international competitions and auditions with various orchestras. She has collaborated with Italian and foreign orchestras with conductors of international renown and has done recordings for various labels (Stradivarius, MAP, Millennium, Bottega Discantica). She has performed numerous concerts in Italy and abroad for important events and associations, concerts as a soloist with orchestra and in various chamber formations. For several years she has devoted herself to composing and arranging. She has recorded various music for solo harp for the record label "Bottega Discantica".

Recordings: CD "Jewish Memories", 2012, composed and performed by Paola Devoti and presented at the Conservatory Hall in Piacenza, at the "La scala della Vita" Theatre in Milan and at the "Chiostro di Santa Cateriana" in Finbalborgo-Finale Ligure (Italy).
