Alessandra Celletti

(born 6th June 1966 in Rome) pianist and composer. She gained piano diploma from the Santa Cecilia Conservatory in Rome and then studied with Vera Gobbi Belcredi. In 1997 she obtained a scholarship from the Czech Republic, and moved to Prague to study the pianistic music by Leo Janacek. After meeting with Hans-Joachim Roedelius, founder of the Cluster/Harmonia, in 2009 they created the live project "Sustanza di cose sperate"(2009), an album recorded by the label Transparency. Since 1996 she is dedicated to the electroacoustic music composition with a focus on multimedia works and realizing visual processings by herself. She is active as a concert player, performing both her works and classical/contemporary composers' works.
