Marianne Castegren Mattsson

(born 1939 Södermanland, resident Bettna/Sweden), is a Swedish actress, composer, viola player, mainly in the theatre. As a viola player she played in symphony orchestras but had to stop because she got problems with her arm. She then began working as a musician in a freelancing theatre company. She has directed choirs, sung jazz and composed music for children.

Marija Ćirić

(born in Belgrade, 1969) theoretician of cultura and media, music editor on radio and composer. She received her doctoral degree at the University of Arts in Belgrade (Theory of Art and Media) and since 2011 works as Assistant Professor at the department of Music in Media of the Faculty of Philology and Arts in Kragujevac. She also works as a music editor in the Drama Department of Radio Belgrade (Radio Television of Serbia), and she writes as a music critic for NIN and Knjizevni List. Marija Ćirić is an experienced broadcaster and has produced and taken part in a range of TV and radio programmes and has written music for radio drama and short films. Her participation in international festivals includes Prix Italia, Prix Europa, Premios Ondas, Birds Eye View, Balkan Music and Art, Animafest, Prix Marulic. She also participates in national and international conferences.

Marta Capponi

 (born 1981, Frosinone, Italy), singer and composer. In 2001 she started her musical studies at the "Saint Louis Music Center"in Rome with Pierpaolo Principato, Susanna Stivali and Pierluca Buonfrate; then she attended various seminars with Carl Anderson, Paolo Fresu and Maria Pia De Vito. In 2002 she won the scholarship for "best student" from "Nuoro jazz" and in 2003 she performed with an octet at the Berchidda "Time in Jazz" festival and at concerts series of "Nuori Jazz". She studied singing with Elisabetta Antonimi, Diana Torto e Giuppi Paone. In 2004 she attended the Jazz Sperimental Course at the Forinone Conservatory with Ettore Fioravanti. She performed with her jazz trio and quartet in many festivals ("Umbria Jazz", "Jammin Jazz Festival", "Atina Jazz") and clubs ("Cafè Renault", "Alexander Platz"). Since 2005 she teaches jazz/pop singing in many schools in Rome.
Recordings: In Front of You, 2006: she was the special guest of the recording of the trombonist Chiricosta, with 2 songs composed by her.
Awards: "Lucca Jazz Donna", 2008, with her sextet; she was semifinalist of the "Jimmy Wood" Award in Ronciglione.
