Rebecca Bergcrantz

(born 1989, Malmö,Sweden, residence Piteå) composer of indietronica and electro-pop with influences from jazz and classical music. She has lived and has performed her music in London, New York, and Malmö. In Malmö she has performed at events with Swedish celebrities and her music has also been performed and played in Swedish Radio as well as in Swedish TV. She composes, arranges, produces and records her electronic music herself since 2011. Rebecca has also undertaken studies from Vocal Teach in London 2009/10. Rebecca is now undertaking studies at the jazz vocalist soloist program at Luleå Univeristy in Piteå, in northern Sweden. She was born and raised in a musical family and started writing her own music as well as singing and performing it in her early childhood. She also co-wrote music together with her mother, composer Anna-Lena Laurin. Her early music was recorded on the CD Vakna min bulle and she also sang on the CD - Sång till mormor, 2002.
